Damaged Items

Photos of the packaging

Proof of delivery timestamp

Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

Missing or Incorrect Items

Missing or incorrect item reports must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Loss After Delivery

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Eidel’s Ideas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
