Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Eidel’s Ideas. Every item is handcrafted with care, and I strive to ensure each order arrives safely and exactly as described.

 

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind nature of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.



Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of the package being marked “Delivered.”


To process a damage claim, please include:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos of the packaging, including bubble wrap, mailer/box, etc.

A screenshot or proof of the delivery timestamp

(Optional but helpful) video of the unboxing

This timeframe is required to file shipping claims and ensure I can correct the issue promptly.

If necessary, I will work with you to provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.

 

Missing or Incorrect Items

If something is missing from your package or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can resolve the issue quickly.

 

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit before delivery, I will help file a claim with the carrier.

However, once a package is marked “Delivered”, I cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

If package theft is common in your area, consider using a secure delivery location.

 

Cancellations

Because I prepare and package orders quickly, I do not accept order cancellations.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are final sale.

Damage claims still follow the same 24-hour photo requirement.

 

Refunds (When Applicable)Refunds are issued only when:

The item was damaged in transit and a replacement is not possible

There was an error on my end that cannot be corrected with a replacement

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
